By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.


COVID-19 Shipping Updates


Please note that our products are delivered from different fulfillment centers. Certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to business interruptions due to local regulations regarding COVID-19. We are doing our best to estimate any potential delays in shipments on our product pages. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.


Each product page in our store shows when we expect the product to ship. Refer to the "Ordering Information" section located under the product details for the latest.


United States 12-30 business days (usually takes only 10-25 business days) Canada, Europe 15-40 business days

Australia, New Zealand 15-45 business days

Mexico, Central America, South America 20-60 business days

Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia) 20-40 business days


We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.


The Total time = Production time + Processing time + Shipping time

- Production time: 2-7 business days

- Processing time: 1-3 business days

- Shipping time: from 10-25 business days depends on your chosen shipping option (Standard or Express Shipping)

Note that: A business day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday or legal holidays.


***At the moment, some products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-5 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently.


Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.


For items that ship from our overseas supplier, there's typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it's processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days.

If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.


SHIPPING GUARANTEE: To back up our commitment and promise to you we will refund the cost of shipping (or give a partial refund if shipping was free) on any item that takes longer than the following time frames to arrive at your destination.


USA (Mainland): 40 business days

USA (Other): 45 business days

Canada: 40 business days

Australia: 40 business days

New Zealand: 40 business days

UK: 45 business days

Rest of World: 60 business days


RISK-FREE SHOPPING:

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 business days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.


NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-8 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund. 


Health Coach is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. Health Coach will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.


If the order arrives at your country and...:

- The customer refuses to accept the package

- The number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

- According to the shipping department, the order shipping status indicated that the package was delivered to the address that customers provided. 


Health Coach reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
